Planning Loads

Creates electrical distribution zones for the building and estimates the electrical load for each zone. Spaces are selected and assigned to a electrical distribution zone. Each zone is then assigned an estimate for power and light consumption per unit of area to calculate the total building consumption. These planning loads can then be exported to Excel or PowerCad-5.

 

 

 

The electrical planning loads can also be seen in the Electrical Distribution Network Browser by selecting " Show Planning Loads" and the top of the window.

 

 

The planning loads can also be exported to PowerCad-5 through the export dialog by selecting " Electrical Planning Loads" during export.

 

 

Once exported to PowerCad-5 the planning loads will appear within the "Planning Load Input" section of each Switch Board.
